Lil Wayne Says NO to Dark Skinned Children!?!

IF You have listened to Waynes' hits then you know what type of women he likes.  "Long hair, Thick RED BONE" and a beautiful Black woman, "I Bet That B*tch Look Better Red".  We have all heard and recited Lil Wayne's lyrics referring to light skinned women.  But have we really analyzed it?  Have we even taken into consideration how offensive that really IS or can be?  We brush them off because their just "lyrics" recited by Wayne '1 Of The Best Rappers Alive' & in Hip Hop he can DO NO wrong.  Are we supporting our favorite rappers who discriminate against Beautiful BLACK Chocolate WOMEN?  Is it Not shocking that a chocolate man birthed from a Beautiful Black Woman wouldn't even consider dating, let alone Conceiving with an Ebony Lady?  No dark women equates to NO DARK children!! "My Daughter is the first and last dark skin child I'm having.  The rest of my baby moms light skinned chicks.  I even got an Asian baby moms to make sure I have a daughter with good hair.  Too bad we had a son."  The Ignorance in this is appalling.  How is that suppose to make Reginae feel?   Will she be opposed to dating a Brown skin man like her dad when she's older? And will Wayne's sons follow in his footsteps??

What are your Thoughts on Wayne & Black men in general opposed to dating "Dark Skin" BLACK Women??  Leave a comment, Let me know!

  1. I think it just shows his ignorance and how behind he is intellectually. It's obvious he has a issue with dating/mating with women of his skin tone. That is fine but its sad that he says those offensive words in song, and doesn't have enough respect to keep it to him self.

  2. I feel as if he can say what he wants because its coming out of his own mouth and if thats how he feels then let him say it. I dont honestly believe he is trying to say anything negative about darker women, he is just saying that he prefers to have a red bone and doesnt want dark children. Everyone is entitled to say what they wish for. The problem is in todays people dont want to speak what they feel because of how they think others will react and Wayne is someone who gon say watever he wants no matter how others take it because thats his opinion. Please believe everyone has a "TYPE" of person they would prefer to b with and anybody who says they font would b lying.....

  3. I must say I agree with Jesselynn. That everyone is entitled to their own opinion. And even though he has the right to speak out loud about what he wants & likes. I just hope when he comes home to his daughter he expresses his love for her and explains to her that his lyrics are JUST lyrics.

  4. @Ghaydapeace but that is the thing...his lyrics aren't just lyrics! He has voiced that he has purposely and systematically had children with lighter skinned women because he doesn't doesn't want dark skinned children. At this point his words aren't speaking as loudly as his actions. Sure it's how he feels but it's SICK AND DEPRAVED. So do you love your lighter children solely because they are light and that's what you intended?! No one can control what color they are. Self hatred is never okay. And he's so stupid because any and everyone should know by now that it matters not really what shade the person you reproduce with is because we come in alllll shades! Sure if 2 light people have a child that is light..no one is looking crazy but I've seen 2 dark people have a light child as well...it happens. It's called GENETICS. We got all kinds of everything in us (meaning black people)! Hitler wanted a master race and set out to eradicate several races of people--Wayne ain't far off the mark with his rantings. That plantation mentality is what is killing us and tearing our families apart. No other race on the PLANET hates themselves as much I am convinced. We try hard to mix with other races (who very rarely if ever step out of the box) in an effort to dilute the essence that is BLACK (regardless of the hue). And Wayne and that "good hair" comment...Negro please! So, if your child's hair isn't straight or wavy (because not every black person is inclined to have straight or wavy hair) are they ugly? Yes everyone has a "type" of person they want to be with but this is ridiculous. His "opinion" ...our opinions about things like this just cannot be encouraged/tolerated at some point. We never want to hold our own accountable. Wayne is wrong and counterproductive to the movement. At one time it was "I'm Black and I'm proud"...it didn't specify a hue. I hope he remembers this when his child has her heart broken by some a$$hole who tells her that...yeah...she look alright...but "she'd look better red"...what kind of solace or comfort can he offer her? HE SAID IT FIRST! Oh wait...but that's just the business baby...those are just my lyrics...No daddy, you said you made sure you had your other kids with light chicks (and an Asian for good measure)so you could make sure you didn't have anymore dark kids...So I guess Wayne is the first man to break his baby's heart. What's worse, what he doesn't seem to realize is that just because his kids are light skinned doesn't mean that their life will be any less painful being black in America. A nigger is a nigger is a nigger to most any way you cut it! Sure lighter skinned blacks are less threatening to some but in order for us to make it as a PEOPLE...comments/beliefs/thoughts/excuses/flat out bull!@#$ a&& rationales like these need not be tolerated. Period!

  5. Totally agree with AA Atkins, maybe in the U.S Lil Wayne maybe your treasured sweetheart or something but here in the U.K we label him a complete buffoon for his outspoken comments. Anyway in my opinion, Weezy is no oil painting himself so to criticize any one for their looks is a joke to me. The only reason people even look at him or tolerate these comments is because he is a celebrity. If he was not "Lil Wayne" and just an ordinary dude he would just be disregarded and labeled an offensive fool.He has not uttered a single constructing uplifting lyric in his career. He's just another new generation emcee who has limited talent who is lyrically and openly contributing to the destruction and demise of our own race and people. The world would be better off without him or say something that can inspire us.
