New Orleans native Cortez Bryant pays respect to his Dear ol College home. Young Money's co-president and manager of the labels' artist Lil Wayne, Drake, & Lil Twist can partially thank his Alma Mater for his fame & fortune. Before the hectic schedules, long days, late nights,and months of touring "Tez" was somewhat your Average Joe attending Jackson State University and participating in the Marching Band. "I had a band scholarship at Jackson State University (in Jackson, Mississippi). It got me out of the city; I never thought that would happen" Bryant is a "well known figure in the entertainment industry" who's success was not overnight,and because of that, his story has inspired me. The Mass Comm Major and ART Minor speaks candidly in a interview on how attending Jackson State made an impact on his life.
